enjoyable activities, and a contributing role in the community.
An individualized treatment plan helps guide service delivery. The
following programs and facilities are available to all clients.
HOUSING
Aid in choosing, securing and living in safe, affordable housing
Assistance in medication management, budgeting, household management skills and
symptom management
Financial assistance for rent and daily living needs for eligible individuals
EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATION
Assistance in pursuing education and securing financial assistance
Help in development of work-related skills
Ongoing support at employment sites by job coaches
LEISURE ACTIVITIES
SOCIAL INTERACTION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Help in participating in community events
Assistance in addressing feelings of loneliness
Aid in remaining connected with or in reconnecting with family and friends
