Service Eligibility

Eligibility for Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP) is defined by the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Eligible consumers are disabled by serious and persistent mental illness, and are interested in and can benefit from a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

All interested individuals will be screened to determine eligibility. Initial screening can/may be done over the telephone. New Horizons does not provide emergency mental health services to individuals who are not enrolled consumers. If an acute emergency exists, please call your primary care physician or visit your nearest Urgent Care Clinic or Emergency Department.
